Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2
The second season of the code geass hit series. The first season end in the failure of black rebellion because their leader, zero, is missing. Lelouch a.k.a zero is in conflict with suzaku in Horaijima Island. The last episode ended with a gunshot without knowing who fire the gun and who is being shot.
In this new season of code geass, lelouch is living a happy and peaceful academy life, along with his old friend in ashford gakuen. But something is wrong; lelouch’s sister nunnally is gone and he has a brother named rolo. And lelouch is losing all his memories about geass, zero and the rebellion. The rebellion fails and the black knight member is going to be executed in public.
The story continues as c.c. and the remaining black knight including kallen is trying to recover lelouch’s memories. After regaining his memories, lelouch try to gather power by saving the black knight member and using geass to manipulating people and condition. Once again, zero is coming back and became stronger than ever. Zero continues to spread his power onto the other nation such as China Federation. And ultimately, become one of the greatest powers in earth to challenge Britannia.
Code geass is a great anime to watch. I like to see how lelouch outwit his enemy and deliver a surprise in every episode. If you like surprise, this series offer you very-very much one. Maybe too much, as the plot is so twisted until you may found it as annoying.
Many character in geass’s first season find their death and many misteries unveil.
Well, this series has much to offer. A bunch new character, with notice on xingke, a chinese whose intelligence is a match of lelouch and has great combat skill as skillfull as suzaku. Rolo, lelouch’s fake brother and his tragic story. V.V., another person behind geass mysteries. And a couple member of knight of the round.
There are many new mecha known as knightframe in this series. Including upgraded lancelot and upgraded gurren. Many wars with knightframe involved and great tactics shown. Indeed this series is a great one, hope to see it end nicely.
